MeterMate Water

The daily plant log, without the spreadsheet.

Operators enter the day's readings and tests at the plant. MeterMate pulls in the previous readings, calculates usage and MGD, flags anything out of range or missing, and builds the monthly and annual reports your supervisor used to assemble by hand.

Features

What's included

Daily plant logs

One log per plant per day: times, well and master-meter readings, chemistry tests, effluent, pump hours and tower level — on a phone at the plant, even with weak signal.

Usage calculated for you

Yesterday's reading is pulled in automatically and usage, MGD and pump hours are computed as you type. A reading that goes backwards is stopped before it's submitted.

Flags and missing entries

Out-of-range tests, negative differences, unusual usage and late or missing logs are flagged at once and show up on the supervisor's dashboard.

Monthly and annual reports

Per-site totals, averages, maximum and minimum days, and the month-by-site annual summary — exported to Excel or CSV, or printed.

Adjustment tracking

Log flushing, leaks, firefighting and overflows by category so unmetered use is accounted for in the annual report.

Testing schedules too

Need more than a daily log? Define parameters, ranges and recurring test schedules for any plant, well or sample point.

How it works

From the plant to the annual report

  1. 1

    Set up each plant

Start from the standard plant log — wells, tests, master meter, effluent, pumps, tower — and adjust fields, units and limits.

  2. 2

    Enter the daily log

Big inputs on a phone, previous readings shown beside each meter, works with weak signal.

  3. 3

    Catch mistakes early

A reading lower than yesterday's can't be submitted; out-of-range tests and unusual usage are flagged with their severity.

  4. 4

    Watch every site

Today's logs, missing entries, out-of-range values, month-to-date totals and the daily flow trend per site.

  5. 5

    Record adjustments

Flushing, leaks, firefighting and overflows logged by category and site.

  6. 6

    Report

Monthly and annual reports in your workbook's layout — Excel, CSV or print. Import last year's workbook to start with your history.
