These draft terms outline the intended agreement between MeterMark and organizations that subscribe to MeterMate. Final terms will be provided by counsel.
1. The service
MeterMate provides meter reading (MeterMate Read) and water testing management (MeterMate Water) software on a subscription basis.
2. Accounts and users
Organization owners are responsible for the users they invite, including contractors, and for assigning appropriate roles.
3. Customer data
You own your data. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Trials, billing and cancellation
New organizations receive a 14-day trial. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled through the billing portal. [Refund terms to be confirmed.]
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations' data, or use location features to monitor people outside active work.
6. Operational and regulatory responsibility
MeterMate records and flags the limits you configure. It does not provide regulatory advice, and you remain responsible for compliance with applicable water-quality and utility regulations.
